A Little of My Story
Having a lifelong fascination with Psychology, Myth and Storytelling
I trained as an Integrative Art Therapist in 2004 and used the skills and facilitation gained to create workshops, classes and retreats using the body, movement and creative expression (I trained as a yoga teacher in 2000). This led to training as a Creativity Coach in 2017.
Moving into my own journey of Writing sprung naturally from a Highly Magical Lyrical Imagination.
The learning and know-how of being a Storyteller and Wordsmith, and improving my Craft is an ongoing and gloriously Delicious Path.

My Experience
Ran sold out and successful yoga and art workshops and retreats for 15 years.
Created intimate music/speakeasy gigs.
Put on successful and beautiful charity yoga and music events..
Been published in publications both online and physical.
Ran two successful 'yoga and creativity' businesses over the last 15 years.
Co-managed and created one of Manchester's first yoga centres for 5 years.
Supported directors and writers of a local pioneering refugee theatre company.
Exhibited and sold my artwork in a number of exhibitions.
Created a 10 week arts and wellbeing program for The Mustard Tree Manchester.
Mentor for Arts Emergency.
A past
I have twenty years experience of working with Embodiment and Somatic practices, Creative Arts for Mental Health and Wellbeing, valuing Playfulness, Bravery, Honesty and Growth.
I am a lifelong Artist, Writer and Performer, and have written extensively on Life, Love, Soul, Sex and Art for Numerous Publications, as well as Short Stories and an Adult Fairy Tale Novel.
I have worked with Hundreds of Clients from all over the World. It would be a Privilege and an Honour to work with you.
I am an ‘Edgewalker’, Living, Breathing and Dancing this path daily alongside you.
